The Colony
Top to bottom renovation of a ski-in, ski-out home in The Colony at Park City Mountain Resort. World-class design and attention detail yield an extraordinary built environment in a setting that is unmatched.
Aspen Creek Crossing
Ground-up construction of a custom home with ski access from the Canyons Village at Park City Mountain Resort. Advanced building techniques made this home "too tight" to leave unvented showcasing Big River's commitment to building better.
Victory Ranch
This custom design-build brought the owner's vision to life on the upper Provo River. The heart of the structure is a mortise and tenon timber frame with exterior finishes milled from reclaimed railroad trestles, mine timbers, and whiskey barrels. The river stones incorporated into the design were inspired by and harvested from the adjacent fishery.
Rossie Hill
This interior project represents a transformative full-scale renovation in one of Park City’s premier residential enclaves. Originally a dated ski vacation home with fragmented spaces and finishes that no longer resonated with contemporary mountain living, this project was completely re-envisioned to create a cohesive, light-filled residence that balances refined modern design with the surrounding historic context.
Interlaken
This tear-down and ground-up new build in Midway is an example of Todd Hunter's craftsmanship and attention to detail. The home features an insulated concrete foundation system, floor-to-ceiling windows, stunning custom tile flooring... and a private outdoor pickleball court.
Cove Hollow
A Park City classic with live edge cedar siding and chinking, this home has modern, high performance insides with rustic outsides. A river runs through it, necessitating advanced waterproofing and a bridgeway that doubles as a mudroom and laundry. A massive pocketing patio door system recesses fully into the adjacent fireplace wall to allow for a seasonal indoor/outdoor living experience.
Mineral Loop
A full renovation, and multi-room addition to this fun house transformed it to one anyone would want to call home. We added a game room, office, bunk room and guest quarters along with a covered patio to make this place sizzle with character. Custom, everything.
Red Ledges

Aspen Springs
A thoughtfully crafted mountain home that brings together strong architectural structure and warm, livable design. Exposed timber framing, natural stone, and rich wood tones carry consistently throughout, creating a cohesive palette that feels both elevated and comfortable. Large, carefully placed windows draw in light and views, while vaulted ceilings add volume without sacrificing intimacy. The home is designed for both everyday living and gathering—balancing durability, function, and refined detailing in a way that feels timeless and grounded in its surroundings.
Charleston
A modern mountain residence that blends clean architectural lines with authentic, timeworn materials. The exterior is wrapped in reclaimed snow fencing from Wyoming, giving the home a rich patina and story-driven character that contrasts beautifully with the bold red outbuilding and contemporary metal accents. Large glass openings and covered outdoor living spaces create a strong connection to the landscape, while the overall composition balances warmth, durability, and refined design.
Cutter Lane
Neighboring the 1,200 acre Swaner Nature Preserve, this new-build project in Ranch Place exudes a practical elegance, featuring expansive glass walls offering views of the pristine meadow. The residence boasts state-of-the-art technology, a gourmet kitchen and a groundwater management system that shows our forward thinking on critical details - even the ones you cannot see.
Sun Peak
Good things come in small packages. We enjoy practicing our craft on projects of all shapes and sizes. This gem in Sun Peak exemplifies that philosophy by incorporating some of our favorite materials and finish details into a modestly-sized Park City mountain home.
